OYAKODON B-GARLIC STYLE
Ingredients

Chicken thighs

B-Garlic

Onion

Leek

Egg

Japanese fish stock

Mirin

Soy sauce

Steamed rice
Instructions
Sear chicken thighs in a medium heat pan. Put steamed rice in a heat resistant bowl. Mix egg with chopped B-Garlic Japanese fish stock mirin and soy sauce. Saute onion and leek use low heat then add in egg mixture. And layer by layer starting with rice chicken and egg mixture then cover and bring in the oven 180c for 10 min.
